Yellow vomiting after MTP pill and bleeding — should I worry?

Heavy bleeding after taking an MTP pill on March 25th followed by a 4–5 day period-like bleed on April 22nd may indicate that the abortion process was completed. Mild nausea or vomiting can sometimes occur due to hormonal changes, acidity, stress, or stomach irritation after the process.

However, yellow-colored vomiting for several days should not be ignored, especially if it is continuing or getting worse. It could be related to acidity or bile, but it is important to rule out dehydration, infection, pregnancy-related complications, or incomplete abortion. Taking a pregnancy test and consulting a gynecologist for proper evaluation would be advisable. Seek urgent medical care if you develop severe abdominal pain, fever, dizziness, foul-smelling discharge, or heavy bleeding.
