Why is there no bleeding after taking misoprostol?

i took mifepristone and after 12 to 15 hrs i bleeded toll i felt dizzy and after 46 hrs i took miso and ita been nearly more than 12 hrs i havw cramps but no bleed

Cramping after misoprostol is expected, but bleeding may start within a few hours or can sometimes take up to 24 hours delay doesn’t automatically mean failure.
Since you already had bleeding after mifepristone, your uterus may already be responding, and misoprostol effects can still be building.
If there is still no bleeding after 24 hours of misoprostol, or if pain becomes severe, fever, or dizziness worsens, you should contact your prescribing doctor urgently.
