Is light bleeding after taking abortion pill a good sign?

My name is Fatima, i was feeling dizzy one day then i went for a test and found out that i was 3 weeks pregnant. i took miso- fem and after some hours i was bleeding but it wasn't much. is it a good sign?

Light bleeding after taking abortion pills can sometimes mean that the medicine is working, especially in very early pregnancy. Every woman’s body responds differently some may have heavy bleeding and clots, while others may experience only mild bleeding or spotting.
