Can high blood pressure cause dizziness or lightheadedness?
I sometimes feel dizzy or lightheaded, especially when I get up suddenly or after a stressful day. I’ve been told that it might be related to blood pressure, but I’m not sure if high BP actually causes such symptoms. Should I be concerned?

High blood pressure is often called a silent condition because it may not show obvious symptoms.
However, in some cases, people may experience dizziness, headaches, or lightheadedness, especially if BP is very high or fluctuating.
It’s important to monitor your blood pressure regularly and consult a doctor if such symptoms occur frequently, as they may indicate an underlying issue.
