Chronic Leg Pain & Cold Foot : Diagnosis of Right Leg Vein Issue, Tests, and Treatment
1 month ago
I have been experiencing pain in my right leg for the past 2–3 years. The pain increases while walking and standing, and my foot often feels cold. There is no visible swelling of veins. I have already tried some treatments and injections but got no relief. I have recently done a vein-related scan (TMT/duplex), and I can travel for further evaluation. What could be the cause of my symptoms and what should be the next step in diagnosis and treatment?

Your symptoms long-standing pain in one leg, discomfort while walking or standing, and a feeling of coldness in the foot may indicate an underlying vascular or circulation-related issue, even if no external vein swelling is visible. Since you have already undergone a vein scan (duplex/TMT), the report will help in assessing blood flow and any possible blockages or abnormalities.
The next step is to review your scan report and clinical history in detail. Based on the findings, further evaluation or additional tests may be recommended to confirm the exact cause. Since you have not responded to previous treatments, a more targeted approach will be planned after proper diagnosis.
You can proceed with sharing your reports and images for a complete assessment. Based on that, a personalized treatment plan will be suggested to relieve your symptoms and improve blood circulation in the affected leg.
