Do Fillers or Lasers Work Best for Permanent Dark Circles?
My dark circles have become almost permanent. Would fillers under the eye help in reducing them, or should I explore lasers instead? I’m scared of complications in the under-eye area.

The best treatment depends on whether your dark circles are due to hollowness or pigmentation. Fillers work very well if the problem is a tear trough hollow that creates a shadow. If the skin itself is darker, lasers or gentle peels help more with pigmentation.
Many people need a combination of both. You need to consult a dermatologist to understand the option best suited for you. The under-eye area is delicate, but complications are rare when done by an experienced dermatologist.
With proper assessment and careful technique, these treatments can give significant improvement without making the area look puffy or unnatural. Good luck!
