How long does Heavy Bleeding Last after Taking MTP kit?

I have taken MTP kit mifepristone tab taking at 8 Am after that at 8 pm after 12 hr I have taken misoprostol 2 tab at interval of 1 hr between misoprostol. I have spotting next day and after 2 days heavy bleeding started with clots intermittently it's 5th day of heavy bleeding. What should I do now?
