How Long Does Implantation Really Take After an Embryo Transfer?

This 2 week waiting period after embryo transfer is mentally exhausting. How long does implantation truly take, what symptoms are real versus misleading, and how should someone manage their stress during this phase?

Embryo Transfer is usually done on day 3 or day 5 embryo stage. Implantation usually happens between 2-3 days after the transfer. Several symptoms like mild cramping, breast tenderness, or fatigue can be caused by progesterone and are not reliable indicators of pregnancy.
Also, managing stress is more about emotional coping. Having a routine, avoiding obsessive symptom-checking, and staying in touch with your doctor for reassurance helps most women get through this phase without feeling overwhelmed.
