ICL surgery for high myopia with astigmatism: Will glasses still be needed?

I have mild astigmatism along with high myopia. Will ICL correct both fully, or might I still need glasses for certain tasks after surgery?

Toric ICL lenses are specifically designed to correct both astigmatism and high myopia. Most patients achieve excellent distance vision, though reading glasses may still be needed later due to age-related changes like presbyopia. Night driving and daily activities generally improve dramatically. Many patients report a newfound freedom from their previous high-power glasses and a major boost in confidence.
