After right ovary and uterus removal surgery, it is very common to feel fear and confusion about resuming physical relations. Since your surgery was done on 27 November and about 2 months have passed, in most cases the internal stitches are fully healed by 6–8 weeks if there were no complications.

Physical relations will not cause the stitches to open, as the stitches used inside are self-dissolving and strong, and uterus removal does not create any empty space inside the vagina remains normal and functional.

Initially, you may feel mild discomfort, tightness, or dryness, especially because ovary removal can cause hormonal changes, but this usually improves with time. Start slowly, be gentle, use a water-based lubricant if needed, and stop if you feel pain.

Consult your doctor if you experience persistent pain, bleeding after intercourse, foul discharge, or fever. Overall, at 2 months after surgery, physical relations are generally safe, and with patience and comfort, things usually return to normal.
