Is Botox surgery painful?

I hear different opinions about botox treatment. Is the procedure itself painful and how is pain managed in the first few days of recovery?

Surgery is performed under anesthesia, so pain during the procedure is minimal. Mild discomfort afterwards is manageable with medicines.
