Is coffee safe for people with high blood pressure?
I have a habit of drinking coffee daily, but recently I was told that it might not be good for my blood pressure. Now I am confused, do I need to completely stop drinking coffee, or can it be consumed in moderation?

Coffee can cause a temporary increase in blood pressure, especially in people who are sensitive to caffeine.
However, moderate consumption (like 1–2 cups a day) is usually considered safe for many people. The effect varies from person to person.
If you have high BP, it’s better to monitor how your body reacts and limit intake if needed.
