Is pain, dizziness, and bleeding after MTP kit normal?

I was 5 weeks pregnant and took the MTP kit on 18 april followed by 19 and 20 april(each after 24 hrs). Today my pain was was less during the day but suddenly in the evening it started paining again with dizziness and bleeding. Is this a normal behavior?

Mild to moderate bleeding, stomach pain or cramps, weakness, and slight dizziness can happen after taking an MTP kit, as the medicines work by removing the pregnancy tissue from the uterus. Every woman’s body reacts differently, so some may experience stronger symptoms than others for a short time.
However, very heavy bleeding, severe pain, continuous dizziness, fainting, fever, or foul smelling discharge should not be ignored. These symptoms may indicate a complication or incomplete abortion. A follow up with a gynecologist and an ultrasound is important to make sure the abortion is complete and recovery is happening safely.
