Is Your Leg Pain Due to Varicose Veins? Symptoms & Diagnosis
1 week ago
I am 28 years old and experience pain in my left leg, especially after long standing or running. Sometimes the veins become visible, but not always. I haven’t done any tests yet and want to know if this could be varicose veins, what tests are needed, and the consultation cost.

Your symptoms may indicate early varicose veins, especially since the pain increases with prolonged standing and activity. Visible veins and discomfort in one leg are common signs, but a proper diagnosis requires a clinical evaluation and possibly a Doppler test.
Since you haven’t done any tests yet, it is recommended to consult a vascular specialist. The doctor will examine your condition and suggest appropriate tests if needed.
Since you have insurance, you can also check coverage for further treatment if required. The consultation is free.
