It is quite common to experience some spotting or light bleeding even after the main period of bleeding following an abortion pill. After taking the medication, most bleeding usually occurs for 5–7 days, but the uterus may continue to shed some tissue or adjust hormonally for a couple of weeks afterward.
Spotting that appears now, almost a week after your bleeding stopped, is usually normal and may just be your body completing the process.
