Long-term stability of vision after SMILE surgery

I am worried about long-term results. Will my vision remain stable after SMILE, or is regression common after a few years? How do patients usually feel 1–2 years post-surgery?

Vision after SMILE is generally very stable, especially for adults whose prescription has stopped changing. Minimal regression is rare, and most patients maintain excellent eyesight for years. Follow-up visits ensure any small changes are monitored and addressed early. One to two years after surgery, many patients feel confident doing daily tasks without glasses and report a high level of satisfaction and freedom.
