Nausea and Vomiting During Hot Weather
I’m feeling nauseous and have been vomiting frequently. I previously visited a government hospital where my blood pressure was slightly low, but otherwise, everything seemed normal. I haven’t had any other tests like an ultrasound. Lately, the extreme heat seems to be affecting me, and I feel weak and unwell. Could this be related to the weather, or is it something more serious that needs attention?

Based on your description, your nausea and vomiting could be linked to heat exposure and dehydration, especially during very hot weather.
Mild low blood pressure can make these symptoms worse. While occasional vomiting due to heat is common, persistent or severe vomiting, weakness, or inability to keep fluids down warrants medical evaluation.
It is advisable to stay hydrated, rest in a cool environment, and monitor your blood pressure. If symptoms continue, worsen, or are accompanied by dizziness, fainting, or abdominal pain, you should consult a doctor promptly to rule out infections or other underlying conditions.
