Post-Nasal Surgery Concerns :Breathing Issues, Nose Shape & Follow-Up Guidance
2 months ago
I previously underwent nasal surgery, but now I’m experiencing some discomfort again, including a feeling of blockage, tingling inside the nose, and slight deviation in shape. I’m also unsure whether this is due to healing, internal sticking, or something else. Could you please guide me on what might be happening, what care I should follow, and whether I need further evaluation?

After nasal surgery, a blocked sensation can occur due to internal healing changes like adhesions, dryness, or crusting. Continue saline nasal rinses, steam inhalation, and prescribed nasal sprays to keep passages clear and reduce swelling.
If the issue persists, an ENT check-up with nasal endoscopy is recommended to assess the internal condition. Further treatment can be planned based on the findings.
