I have mild astigmatism and myopia. Will SMILE correct both fully, or is there a chance I might still need glasses for certain activities like reading or night driving?

SMILE can correct both mild to moderate myopia and astigmatism very effectively. Some patients may still need glasses later in life for near tasks due to presbyopia, but distance vision is usually excellent. Night driving and everyday tasks improve significantly, with fewer disturbances than untreated eyes. Many people feel liberated from glasses and contacts for most of their daily activities after SMILE.
