What Could Be the Cause of Pain, Skin Cuts, and Bleeding During Motion, and When Should I Consult a Doctor?

I am from Attibele / Sarjapur Road, I am facing this problem. I have pain while passing stool, small skin cuts near the anal area, and bleeding during motion. There is also a small hole and infection with ulcers, but no itching. I drink 3–4 liters of water daily, eat vegetables, work in an office (sitting job), and I don’t drink or smoke anymore. I want to understand what this condition could be and whether I should meet a doctor.

Pain during motion, skin cuts, bleeding, infection, and ulcers near the anal area this could be an anal fissure or early-stage anal infection. Even though this is your first episode, such conditions can worsen if left untreated, especially with prolonged sitting and strain during bowel movements.

Drinking enough water and eating vegetables is good, but local infections and skin cuts usually need medical evaluation, not just home care. The presence of a small opening and ulcers indicates that the area needs proper examination to rule out complications.

It is advisable to consult a specialist doctor so the condition can be assessed properly and treated early either with medication or advanced treatment if required.

The doctor is available from 10 AM to 1 PM in the morning and 5 PM to 7 PM in the evening, and you can take an evening appointment as requested.
