I am thinking about egg freezing but I am confused about the right age. According to you, at what age should someone go for egg freezing?

If you have crossed 30 and your marriage or pregnancy plans are still uncertain, then this is the right time to think about freezing your eggs. After 30, fertility starts declining, so preserving eggs at this stage helps maintain their quality for future use.
Ideally, egg freezing should be done between 30 and 35 years of age. Beyond 35, egg quality and quantity start dropping rapidly, so if you are unsure about starting a family soon, freezing your eggs before 35 is a wise decision.
