Will I still need glasses after toric multifocal lens implantation?

I have mild astigmatism and my doctor suggested a toric multifocal lens. Will this really correct both near, distance, and astigmatism, or will I still need reading glasses sometimes?

Toric multifocal lenses are designed to correct astigmatism while providing vision at multiple distances. Most patients achieve significant improvement, though some may still need minimal reading glasses, especially for very fine print. Night vision adaptation may take a few weeks. Overall, these lenses offer the convenience of reduced dependency on glasses and improve day-to-day confidence for work, reading, and leisure activities.
