Yellow vomiting after MTP pill and bleeding — should I worry?

on march 25th took mtp pill and had heavy bleeding, had period like bleeding on april 22nd lasted 4-5 days been having light vomiting since may 4th today is may 8th been vomiting in yellow color should i be worried
