Fibrolipoma is a rare type of lipoma that mostly forms in the oral cavity, such as the buccal mucosa, lips, tongue, palate, buccal vestibule, mouth floor, and retromolar area. They can also be found in extraoral sites such as the esophagus, pharynx, colon, trachea, larynx, etc.
