Ectopic pregnancy surgery impact on fertility and chances of natural conception ?

I had गर्भाशय के बाहर गर्भधारण i hope its called ectopic pregnancy. I had it last month and underwent emergency surgery because my fallopian tube ruptured. I am still shaken by the experience. My biggest fear is will I be able to conceive naturally in the future, or does this reduce my chances of having a baby?

After surgery for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy it is normal to feel shaken, both physically and emotionally. Fertility afterwards depends on several things, including whether one or both tubes were affected and whether your other tube is healthy.
Many women with one healthy fallopian tube are still able to conceive naturally in the future. Doctors often recommend giving your body a few months to heal before trying again and sometimes advise a follow-up scan or tests to check the condition of the remaining tube.
While the risk of another ectopic is slightly higher, many women go on to have safe and healthy pregnancies.
