What are the risks of breast implants?

I’m worried about the surgical risks. Are complications like infection, implant rupture, capsular contracture, or loss of nipple sensation common, and how are these risks usually managed?

It’s completely normal to worry about surgical risks, but please don’t be overly anxious about complications like infection, implant rupture, capsular contracture (scar tissue hardening), or changes in nipple sensation are uncommon, especially in expert hands.

These risks are minimized by maintaining strict sterilization, choosing high-quality implants, and following your surgeon’s aftercare instructions closely. If any issue occurs, it’s usually manageable with timely medical care and minor interventions.
