Enlarged, Sagging Male Chest Without Obesity : Causes and Treatment Options

I have noticed that my chest looks enlarged and slightly sagging, similar to breast tissue, even though I am not overweight. This has been affecting my confidence, especially while wearing fitted clothes or going to the gym. I don’t have pain, but it doesn’t look normal for a male chest. What could be the reason for this, and can it be corrected?

This condition is most commonly due to gynecomastia, which is the enlargement of male breast tissue caused by hormonal imbalance, weight changes, certain medications, or lifestyle factors. It is a common and benign condition and does not usually indicate a serious health problem.

Treatment depends on the cause and severity. In early or mild cases, lifestyle changes and medical management may help. However, when excess glandular tissue is well developed or long-standing, surgical correction is the most effective and permanent solution. The procedure is safe, improves chest contour, and significantly boosts confidence.
