New anal lump, possible piles, surgery requirement, consultation procedure, cost, and appointment.

I noticed a lump near my rectum today. I want to know if it requires surgery, what grade it might be, and how the consultation will proceed. Also, I want to know the consultation cost, appointment timing, and whether the doctor will examine the lump properly.

Based on your symptoms a new lump near the rectum this could indicate external hemorrhoids or damaged anal cushions. If the skin outside the anal area increases or becomes unhygienic, there is a risk of infection, and medical intervention may be required.

During consultation, the doctor will use proctoscopy to examine the area and determine the grade of hemorrhoids or piles. For minor cases, medication may be sufficient, but if it is a third or fourth grade hemorrhoid, a proper procedure or treatment will be recommended to prevent worsening.

For your appointment:

  • You can come on Sunday, and the appointment slot is available  for this day.
  • The doctor will examine the lump thoroughly and discuss the appropriate treatment.
  • You will receive the clinic location via WhatsApp for convenience.

Since you are a software engineer, you can plan around your work schedule, and the consultation will provide clear guidance on whether surgery or medication is needed.
