Gallbladder Stone Surgery Consultation and Costs

I want to know the nearest location in Delhi where my mother, Poonam Singh, age 51, can consult a doctor for her gallbladder stone. She has no major health issues, only occasional BP spikes. She had an ultrasound 6 months back that showed a stone of about 18 mm, and it has caused pain again in the last 2 days. I also want to know the consultation

In Delhi, we have specialist doctors available in South Delhi (Lajpath Nagar). Lajpath Nagar would be a convenient location for you. We do not currently have specialist doctors in Faridabad, as we deal only with senior specialists.
Regarding your mother’s condition, her BP, sugar, and thyroid levels are fine, and she is not taking any regular medication. The ultrasound from 6 months ago indicated a stone of approximately 18 mm, and it appears to be a single stone. She experienced pain for 2–3 days back then, which subsided with medication, and now she has pain again.
For the doctor’s consultation, the fee is ₹600. Regarding the surgery, if she has insurance, the cost will be covered according to her policy, which may vary. For a cash estimate, the approximate cost for surgery including hospitalization, private room, and all charges would be around ₹70,000–80,000.
The hospitalization typically requires 2 days, and everything is included in the package. Ultrasound can be done at the same hospital during the consultation.
