I’ve been suffering from fever, tonsil pain, and headache since a few days. The fever is gone now, but my tonsils are still very swollen and painful. I’ve already taken antibiotics and painkillers prescribed by two different doctors, but the pain is increasing and I’m unable to swallow food, water, or even my saliva. This has never lasted this long before. Do I need surgery, or will medicines eventually cure this?
