Cramping and passing small blood clot-like particles after methotrexate treatment for ectopic pregnancy can be a sign that the pregnancy tissue is being expelled, which is part of the treatment process.
The fact that your HCG levels have been steadily declining (from 2026 to 69) is a positive indicator that the medication is working. However, it is important to inform your doctor about the cramping and clots you experienced, as they will want to monitor your recovery closely and ensure there are no complications.
