i have tested 4weeks pregnant i have taken 1migestrone on Monday and 4misoprostol (2-2each ) on tuesday and wednesday... i started to bleed on tuesday .. and today is4th day of bleeding and i have cramps but moderate bleeding...

After taking abortion medicines at around 4 weeks of pregnancy, bleeding and cramps for a few days are common as the uterus is clearing the pregnancy tissue. Moderate bleeding for 3 to 5 days can be normal, along with mild to moderate cramps.
However, the amount of bleeding and pain should gradually reduce over time. If bleeding becomes very heavy, severe pain continues, or you feel dizzy, feverish, or weak, you should see a doctor immediately. A follow up with a gynecologist and an ultrasound after 7 to 14 days is important to confirm that the abortion is complete.
