Why are periods missed after taking emergency contraceptive pill?

I missed my periods in May. I had 1st sex in March after that I took i pill, withdraw bleeding for 3 days was there in April and normal periods also came in April but in May I had 2nd time sex and I don't get me periodsI took pregnancy test which is negative so what is probability to come my periods now or should consider as miss periods or it's pill effect
