Lifestyle modifications are an important part of PCOS management, but improvement often takes time and varies from person to person. Hormonal regulation can be complex, and some women require additional treatment alongside lifestyle measures.
The lack of immediate results does not mean your efforts are ineffective. Ongoing monitoring and adjustments to the treatment plan may be necessary to achieve better symptom control.
