I have a soft, round lump just behind my ear which becomes clearly visible when I touch or pull the skin. It doesn’t hurt much, but I can feel it when I press on it and it sometimes makes me uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it has grown over time, but it looks quite noticeable now. Could this be a lipoma or a cyst? And if it needs treatment, can it be removed safely from this area without leaving a visible scar or affecting the nearby nerves?
