I have a raised lump or thickened scar in the center of my chest which looks quite noticeable. It feels firm to touch and the skin around it looks slightly stretched and uneven. I’m not sure if it developed after a small injury, pimple, or surgery, but it hasn’t gone away. Could this be a keloid or hypertrophic scar? And what are the treatment options to reduce its size or make it look flatter and less visible?
