Can a breast lift alone restore shape after weight loss?
I lost quite a bit of weight and my breasts are now much more saggy than before. I don't really want larger breasts, so I'm wondering if a breast lift alone can restore the shape. Or is some augmentation sometimes needed even when size isn't the main issue?

A breast lift (mastopexy) can effectively restore the shape and position of sagging breasts without necessarily increasing their size.
However, in some cases where significant volume has been lost due to weight loss, a small implant may be recommended alongside the lift to achieve a fuller, more natural contour , even if size increase isn’t the primary goal.
The best approach depends on your individual anatomy and desired outcome, so a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon would help determine the right plan for you.
Yes mastopexy alone can solve your problem but you should consult your nearby Plastic Surgeon for proper evaluation and management.
Breast lift can correct the saggy breast.. If volume is also reduced then may require combination with breast implant .. Consult a plastic surgeon
