Is breast lift alone enough after significant weight loss?
My friend lost around 15 kg and her breasts have become very saggy, but she doesn't want a much bigger size. Would a breast lift be enough or is augmentation also sometimes needed?

After significant weight loss, a breast lift (mastopexy) can effectively address sagging by removing excess skin and reshaping the breast tissue. However, if there is significant volume loss along with sagging, some surgeons may recommend combining a lift with augmentation for a fuller appearance.
Since your friend wants to maintain her current size, a breast lift alone may be sufficient, but a consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to assess her specific case and determine the best approach.
It depends on your physical evaluation, kindly consult with your Plastic Surgeon for the tailored approach for you.
If volume is not a concern and just saginess is a concern then mastopexy will suffice but however it can be confirmed on proper physical examination.
If no additional volume is required then only breast lift is adequate.. you can get it evaluated by a plastic surgeon
