Do nabothian cysts require treatment?

My mother was told she has a few nabothian cysts during a routine examination. She has no major symptoms. We just want to understand whether they usually need treatment.

Nabothian cysts are small, benign mucus-filled cysts that form on the cervix and are very common, especially in women who have had children. In most cases, they require no treatment as they are harmless and often resolve on their own. Since your mother has no major symptoms, her doctor will likely just monitor them during routine check-ups. However, it’s always best to follow up with her gynecologist for personalized guidance.
