Is it possible to be pregnant after missed periods with prior regular cycles?

i had last sex on april. i had my regular periods on may, june, july. in august only a strand of reddish mucus appeares and no periods since then. till now it is september 12, no periods. is it possible that i am pregnant?

If your last sexual activity was in April and you had regular periods in May, June, and July, a pregnancy from April is unlikely since you had three normal cycles after that.
However, the unusual spotting in August and missed period since then could indicate a new pregnancy, hormonal imbalance, or other menstrual irregularity.
