Is light bleeding and clot normal after using abortion pill at 3 weeks?

The pregnancy is 3 weeks. I used cytotec, the bleeding was not that heavy but the clot came out. the bleeding was coming then stopped 24 hours later. Is it because the pregnancy is early or otherwise?
