It is common to experience irregular or lighter bleeding after taking an emergency contraceptive pill, as it can temporarily disrupt your hormonal cycle. The bleeding you experienced on 26th September may be withdrawal bleeding caused by the pill, which can differ from your normal period.
Your next period may be delayed or irregular for one to two cycles. If you are concerned about pregnancy, taking a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after unprotected intercourse would give a reliable result, and consulting a gynecologist is advisable for personalized guidance.
