A small lump in the chest area, especially just below the nipple, can sometimes occur due to hormonal changes, fatty tissue growth, or mild gland enlargement. Since you mentioned that you have been going to the gym for the last 6 months, it is also possible that the lump is related to muscle development, minor tissue swelling, or a condition called gynecomastia (enlargement of male breast tissue), which can happen due to hormonal imbalance or certain supplements.
The fact that the lump is small and the pain is minimal is somewhat reassuring, but since it has been present for more than 15 days, it is advisable to get it examined by a doctor.
A physical examination and, if needed, an ultrasound can help determine whether it is a harmless glandular swelling, a fatty lump (lipoma), or something that requires treatment.
Avoid repeatedly pressing the lump, and seek medical advice if it increases in size, becomes painful, or if there is any discharge from the nipple.
