Gynecomastia on One Side: Do I Need Tests to Rule Out?
I’ve noticed one side of my chest is enlarged while the other is normal. Is it possible to have gynecomastia on just one side? Should I go for tests to rule out tumors or other serious conditions?

Yes, gynecomastia can happen on just one side. But if only one breast is enlarged, it’s important to get it checked by a doctor to rule out other causes like cysts or, rarely, something more serious. An ultrasound can help confirm what’s happening.
