How Should I Plan IVF with Adenomyosis and Constipation Issues?

I am currently undergoing treatment for piles with Ayurvedic medicines, but I’m still experiencing constipation. I also have focal adenomyosis, and I want to plan my IVF cycle carefully. Should I start hormonal medicines now to induce periods, or wait for my cycle to occur naturally? How should I schedule injections and endometrial preparation so that fibroids, adenomyosis, or polyps do not interfere? I am also concerned about side effects from injections, vitamin D, and calcium, and whether taking multiple treatments together could worsen constipation or cause other issues.

Given your ongoing constipation and focal adenomyosis, it is best to wait and let your periods occur naturally if possible before starting IVF. This allows your body to stabilize and reduces the risk of relapse or complications. Hormonal medicines can be used if periods do not occur naturally.

Once ready, injections will be given to prepare the endometrium, and IVF can begin in June without depending on periods. This approach ensures that any fibroids, adenomyosis, or polyps are addressed beforehand, improving the chances of successful embryo placement.

Vitamin D and calcium supplements can be continued, but they may contribute to constipation, so monitoring and supportive measures are recommended. There is no rush, and continuing your Ayurvedic treatment alongside planned medical therapy is acceptable.
