How to take the 4 Mifegest tablets after first dose?

The USG report shows that I've been conceived about 6 weeks 1 day and that was the report from yesterday..... today I consulted with the doctor and he just suggested me to the drug called MIFEGEST KIT..... I've already taken the big tablet around 1:34 pm today.... and don't know how to take the other four tablets in what way, should swallow them at once or placed the four tablets in the vaginal area..... please help me

Typically, the 4 misoprostol tablets are taken 24–48 hours after the first tablet (follow your doctor’s exact timing if they told you something specific).
There are two common ways to take the 4 tablets:
1. Buccal (inside cheeks) method
- Place 2 tablets on each side of your mouth (between cheek and gums)
- Let them dissolve for 30 minutes
- After that, swallow whatever remains with water
2. Vaginal method
- Insert all 4 tablets deep into the vagina
- Lie down for about 30 minutes so they don’t fall out
Both methods work, but in many cases doctors prefer the buccal method because it’s easier and has slightly lower infection risk.
