Is black coffee better than regular coffee for high blood pressure?
I usually drink milk coffee, but recently someone suggested switching to black coffee as a healthier option for blood pressure. Does black coffee actually make a difference, or does it affect BP in the same way?

Black coffee and milk coffee both contain caffeine, which can temporarily raise blood pressure. The difference mainly lies in calories and fat content, not in how they affect BP.
So, switching to black coffee doesn’t significantly change its impact on blood pressure. Moderation is key, regardless of the type of coffee you consume.
