Is carrot a safe vegetable for diabetes, or does it increase sugar?
I often include carrots in my salads and meals, but recently someone told me that carrots can increase blood sugar. Now I’m confused whether I should continue eating them or avoid them. Are carrots actually safe for people with diabetes?

Carrots are generally safe and healthy for people with diabetes. They are low in calories and contain fiber, which helps in controlling blood sugar levels.
However, avoid consuming large quantities of carrot juice, as it can raise sugar levels faster. Eating whole carrots in moderation is a better option.
