My wife and I are planning IVF. The hospital in Sagar quoted 1.5 to 2 lakhs per cycle, and we may need multiple cycles. Do most health insurance plans cover IVF, or is it completely out-of-pocket? or any other hospitals and doctor who can do this in lower prices?
