Managing Hydrocele: Non-Surgical vs Surgical Options?Hydrocele

I have a right sided hydrocele causing swelling and discomfort. Can hydrocele be managed with ayurvedic medicine for hydrocele or hydrocele treatment in ayurveda? Is hydrocele homeopathy effective for long-term relief? Also, does using a hydrocele support belt help reduce pain or control swelling, or is surgery the only permanent solution available?

I understand your concern. A hydrocele develops due to fluid collection around the testis, and while Ayurvedic or homeopathic remedies may claim relief, they do not remove the sac producing fluid, so recurrence is inevitable.

Also, as a doctor, I would like to suggest that even a hydrocele support belt may provide temporary comfort, but will not control swelling or cure the condition. The only long-term, safe, and effective treatment is surgery (hydrocelectomy). Since you already have swelling and discomfort, I would strongly advise surgical correction for lasting relief.
